  • Monitor safeguarding risks by identifying and flagging unusual or unnotified patterns of absence immediately.
  • Distribute school attendance materials, policy updates, and letters to parent networks.
Requirements:
  • Experience handling highly sensitive and confidential information in line with GDPR guidelines.
  • Prior experience operating school database frameworks (SIMS, Arbor, or Bromcom experience is highly preferred).
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a strong eye for data trends and accuracy.
  • A confident, empathetic communication style with the ability to build rapport with families from diverse backgrounds.
  • An enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service is highly advantageous for an immediate start.
