About the Role
- Preparing timber, metals, plastics, and composite materials for student projects
- Assisting with CAD/CAM workflows, including 3D printing and laser cutting file prep
- Conducting routine safety checks on machinery including band saws, pillar drills, sanding machines, and CNC equipment
- Supporting teachers during practical demonstrations
- Helping maintain a clean, safe and efficient workshop environment
- Organising stock inventories and managing material ordering cycles
