A specialist performing arts school in King's Lynn is seeking a Drama and Theatre Studies Teacher for a fixed-term appointment. The successful candidate will contribute to a vibrant creative curriculum and support students in practical performance and written analysis.
The Role
- Drama Delivery: Teach practical Drama across KS3 and GCSE.
- Theatre Studies: Deliver advanced performance and analytical content at KS5.
- Production Work: Support rehearsals, performances and technical preparation.
- Performance Assessment: Prepare students for practical examination requirements.
- Creative Enrichment: Organise workshops, theatre visits and performance projects.
The Candidate
- Degree: A degree in Drama, Theatre Studies or Performing Arts.
- Practical Skill: Strong understanding of performance and directing.
- Academic Knowledge: Confidence teaching theatre practitioners and dramatic texts.
