The successful candidate will teach Drama across Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5, including GCSE and A-level Drama/Theatre Studies. You will lead the school's annual whole-school production, organise theatre trips for students, and oversee the management of the drama department's budget and resources. For candidates taking on Head of Drama responsibilities, the role will also include line management of drama support staff and strategic oversight of the department's direction.

Requirements
Degree in Drama, Theatre Studies, or a related field, and QTS
Strong subject knowledge across KS3-5, including GCSE and A-level
Experience directing and managing whole-school productions
Leadership or management experience desirable, for candidates interested in Head of Drama responsibilities
Strong organisational skills, including departmental budget and resource management
