Our Client is looking for a Drama ECT to work within a highly regarded mixed secondary school based in Huddersfield. This is a full-time position to start from January 2026.

Our Client is looking for a Drama ECT to teach across KS3 & KS4 within a thriving performing arts faculty. The department is known for its inclusive culture, professional development support, and strong extracurricular programme of theatre and music.
Experience and Qualifications- Drama ECT
- Be enthusiastic, engaging and open to development
- Have strong subject knowledge and creative flair
- A formal teaching qualification with QTS (i.e. PGCE)
- Legal ability to work within the UK
This large, oversubscribed 11β18 secondary school has around 1,250 students on roll and an excellent reputation for both academic and creative achievement. In 2024, 91% of students achieved grades 9β4 in English and Maths, and Drama consistently achieved one of the highest progress scores within the school. The school offers new teachers a structured ECT induction with weekly observations, a personal mentor, and regular CPD sessions.
