Key Responsibilities

Candidate Requirements

Essential Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Experience teaching Economics at secondary level

  • Strong knowledge of Economics at GCSE level

  • Excellent subject knowledge and communication skills

  • Strong classroom management abilities

  • Ability to engage students through discussion, analysis, and real-world examples

Desirable

  • Experience teaching A-Level Economics

  • Experience preparing students for A-Level examinations

  • Strong quantitative and data-analysis skills

  • Experience supporting Economics enrichment activities

  • A degree or relevant academic background in Economics or a related discipline

  • A passion for current affairs and economic developments
