The Data & MIS Officer will oversee the school's data systems, ensuring information is accurate, secure and readily available to support the smooth running of the school. Responsibilities include:
- Managing and maintaining the school's Management Information System (MIS)
- Producing attendance, assessment and performance reports for senior leaders
- Supporting data collection, analysis and whole-school reporting
- Completing statutory returns, including the School Census
- Maintaining accurate pupil records and ensuring GDPR compliance
- Supporting staff with MIS queries and reporting requirements
- Identifying opportunities to improve data processes and administrative efficiency
