An exceptional Outstanding secondary school in Brent is seeking to appoint a skilled and detail-oriented Data & MIS Officer to join its operations team from October Half Term 2026. The Data & MIS Officer will oversee the school's data systems, ensuring information is accurate, secure and readily available to support the smooth running of the school. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and maintaining the school's Management Information System (MIS)
  • Producing attendance, assessment and performance reports for senior leaders
  • Supporting data collection, analysis and whole-school reporting
  • Completing statutory returns, including the School Census
  • Maintaining accurate pupil records and ensuring GDPR compliance
  • Supporting staff with MIS queries and reporting requirements
  • Identifying opportunities to improve data processes and administrative efficiency
