We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Media Studies Teacher to register for daily supply work across Wandsworth.

The Opportunity
We are looking to register experienced and enthusiastic Media Studies Teachers for daily supply opportunities across Wandsworth.
This is not a permanent or full-time position. Instead, teachers will be offered day-to-day supply assignments based on their availability, experience, preferred locations and the requirements of local schools.
Assignments can range from individual cover days to short blocks, providing flexibility without the commitment of a permanent timetable.
The Role
As a Daily Supply Media Studies Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons that encourage students to analyse, question and understand different forms of media.
Lesson Delivery: Deliver clear and engaging Media Studies lessons across the relevant Key Stages.
Media Analysis: Support students in analysing media texts, representations, audiences, industries and different forms of media.
Critical Thinking: Encourage students to develop independent opinions and support their interpretations with appropriate evidence.
Creative Development: Where required, support students with creative media projects and practical production activities.
Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, respectful and purposeful classroom environment.

What We Are Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or recognised equivalent where applicable.
Experience teaching Media Studies across the relevant Key Stages.
Strong knowledge of media theory, analysis and relevant curriculum content.
A creative, confident and adaptable approach.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to quickly establish positive relationships with students.
Reliability and professionalism.
A genuine commitment to supporting students' learning and development.
