About the Role

This is a hands-on role requiring strong organisational skills, practical knowledge, and the ability to manage competing priorities while ensuring the school remains a safe, welcoming, and efficient environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operation and maintenance of the school site
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Oversee contractors, repairs, and planned maintenance programmes
  • Manage site security, access control, and emergency procedures
  • Complete regular inspections and maintain compliance records
  • Support facilities planning, procurement, and budget management
  • Coordinate site improvements and refurbishment projects

Candidate Requirements
