We are looking for a strategic and mobile Premises Manager to oversee the facilities and safety of seven schools within our trust. This role offers a unique three-day-a-week schedule for a proactive professional who enjoys a varied, multi-site environment.

Core Responsibilities & Duties

  • Multi-Site Oversight: Coordinating maintenance, repairs, and health and safety compliance across seven local school sites.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensuring all statutory testing (fire, water, electrical) is up to date and managing the trust-wide asset register.
  • Contractor Management: Procuring and supervising external contractors for capital projects and specialized maintenance tasks.

Essential Requirements:

  • Significant premises or facilities management experience.
  • Must have own car for travel between sites (petrol costs fully covered).

Salary: Competitive pro-rata salary reflecting the seniority and multi-site nature of the role.
