Our client, a respected and well-established Independent School Group operating across East and West Sussex, is seeking an inspiring, collaborative and forward-thinking Computer Science Teacher to join their dynamic STEM Faculty from January 2026. This full-time, permanent post offers the opportunity to work across two innovative campuses and engage with an ambitious cohort of students.

The successful candidate will teach KS3–KS5 Computer Science, developing student expertise in programming, computational theory, digital systems, machine learning concepts and creative digital technologies. Both campuses offer a rich digital curriculum supported by cutting-edge resources and a culture of experimentation. Students engage in a wide range of extracurricular opportunities including coding societies, robotics engineering, e-sports teams, cyber-security events, app development competitions and interdisciplinary STEAM projects.
Experience & Qualifications
- QTS/PGCE with a Computer Science or related degree
- Strong programming knowledge (Python essential; additional languages desirable)
- Confident teaching GCSE and A-Level Computer Science
- Experience leading digital enrichment activities strongly encouraged
- Passion for emerging technologies and STEM innovation
- Willingness to collaborate across campuses and contribute to wider school life
