A well-regarded school in Coventry is seeking a Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated inclusion and classroom support team from January 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about helping students succeed academically and personally.
About the Role: This is a full-time, permanent role. You will work with KS3–KS4 pupils in the classroom, supporting learning, behaviour and engagement. You will assist teachers with lesson preparation, lead small-group interventions, provide one-to-one support when required and play a central role in creating a positive learning environment.
