Our client is seeking a dedicated and technically minded Site Manager to join their experienced facilities department from September. This is a full-time, year-round position, ideal for a hands-on caretaking supervisor, commercial maintenance coordinator, or skilled trade specialist looking to coordinate physical safety, school event setups, and campus upkeep.

The successful candidate will lead the day-to-day safety, cleaning logistics, and mechanical efficiency of the school site. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating caretaker shift patterns
  • Managing the building management system (BMS)
  • Tracking raw utility data
  • Running automated room comfort calibrations
  • Overseeing the completion and logging of all statutory safety checks—including weekly fire alarm testing, legionella water safety cycles, emergency lighting diagnostics, and physical site security

You will act as a primary link with the School Business Manager, academic staff, and visiting sub-contractors, requiring absolute professionalism, clear communication, and meticulous documentation tracking at all times.
