About the Role
The school is seeking a creative, skilled and reflective Design & Technology Teacher who can contribute to a dynamic curriculum rooted in problem-solving, project-based learning and modern design practice. You will have opportunities to teach across a range of materials, modelling techniques, CAD/CAM technologies and prototyping processes. ECTs will benefit from considerable support including dedicated mentoring, a reduced timetable, joint lesson planning and ongoing professional development. The department values innovation, risk-taking, sustainability and the integration of digital technologies in the design process. You will guide students through concept development, research, modelling, technical drawing, CAD software, workshop processes and final construction — fostering technical precision and creative confidence.
Experience and Qualifications
- QTS/PGCE (ECTs encouraged to apply)
