Our Client is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Science Teacher to join a highly successful mixed school in Colchester. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver engaging and challenging Science lessons across KS3 and KS4, helping pupils develop a secure understanding of scientific principles while encouraging curiosity, independence and a genuine interest in the subject.

You will be expected to plan and deliver well-structured lessons, assess pupil progress effectively and create a positive classroom environment where all students are encouraged to participate and succeed.

Experience and Qualifications
- Science Teacher with the ability to teach effectively at KS3 and KS4
- Strong subject knowledge across the Science curriculum
- A formal teaching qualification with QTS, such as a PGCE
- Experience planning and delivering engaging practical and theoretical lessons
- Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills
- Ability to differentiate teaching for pupils with different abilities and needs
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Legal ability to work within the UK
