The Role

Drama Teaching: Deliver practical and theoretical lessons across KS3, GCSE and A-Level.

Production Leadership: Direct school performances and support student-led productions.

Performance Skills: Develop voice, movement, characterisation and ensemble work.

Assessment: Prepare students for practical examinations and written components.

Arts Enrichment: Coordinate workshops, theatre visits and creative projects.
The Candidate

Relevant Degree: A degree in Drama, Theatre Studies or Performing Arts.

Practical Expertise: Strong knowledge of performance techniques.

Leadership: Experience directing productions or leading creative projects.

Classroom Creativity: Ability to inspire students of different ages and abilities.

Organisation: Excellent planning and event-management skills.
