About the Role
A fantastic opportunity is available for an enthusiastic Art Teacher to join a successful secondary school in Colchester. The successful candidate will teach Art across KS3 and KS4, delivering creative and engaging lessons that encourage pupils to experiment, develop technical skills and express their individual ideas. You will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons, assessing pupil work and supporting students in developing their artistic portfolios. The school is looking for someone who can inspire pupils while maintaining high expectations for behaviour, presentation and achievement. The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues within the department and contribute to curriculum development and wider creative opportunities across the school.
