Hours: Monday to Friday, 3:30pm – 6:30pm
Our client is currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking School Cleaner to join a friendly and welcoming secondary school in Redbridge.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced cleaner looking for a part-time, term-time-only position, working Monday to Friday during the afternoon.
Key Responsibilities
Cleaning classrooms, corridors, offices, toilets and communal areas.
Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping and dusting to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Emptying bins and replenishing cleaning supplies when required.
Ensuring the school environment remains clean, hygienic and welcoming.
Following all relevant health and safety procedures, including COSHH guidelines.
Reporting any maintenance, cleaning or health and safety concerns to the Site Team.
Working effectively both independently and as part of the wider cleaning team.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will ideally have:
Previous cleaning experience, preferably within a school, office or commercial environment.
A strong eye for detail and pride in maintaining high standards.
The ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
A reliable, punctual and professional approach.
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain and pay for
