Salary: MPS/UPS, dependent on experience
Wayman Education is looking for an enthusiastic History Teacher to join a secondary school in Chesterfield. The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons that develop pupils' historical understanding, source analysis and ability to construct evidence-based arguments.

The Role
Teach History across KS3 and KS4.
Plan lessons that develop chronology, historical enquiry and interpretation.
Support GCSE preparation and examination technique.
Assess progress and adapt teaching to meet pupil needs.
The Ideal Candidate
Holds QTS in History or is an ECT.
Has strong subject knowledge and clear communication skills.
Is committed to supporting pupils of different abilities.
