The Role
The successful Teacher of Science will primarily teach Chemistry across Key Stages 3 and 4 (GCSE), with some contribution to Key Stage 5 (A-Level) if experienced. The Teacher of Science will be responsible for providing engaging, high-quality instruction and maintaining the excellent practical standards within the laboratories. The Teacher of Science is required to contribute actively to the strong science faculty, sharing resources and best practice. The school seeks a qualified and passionate Teacher of Science to join its ambitious and highly effective department. Maintaining the department's strong track record of high achievement is core to the role of the Teacher of Science. The appointed Teacher of Science will mentor students and support the department's co-curricular science clubs. This maternity cover position requires a dedicated Teacher of Science committed to the success of all pupils. Requirements
