The Ideal Candidate
- Holds or is working towards Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Has a degree in Health and Social Care, Psychology, Sociology, Education or a related subject.
- Has strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for Health and Social Care.
- Is enthusiastic about developing their teaching practice as an Early Career Teacher.
- Has high expectations for student achievement, behaviour and personal development.
- Is reflective, organised and committed to continuous professional development.
- Works effectively as part of a collaborative and supportive team.
