Our Client is looking for an RS ECT to work within a high-performing comprehensive in Chelmsford. The successful ECT will teach KS3 & KS4 and benefit from structured induction support and ongoing development.

School Information: This 11–18 school serves around 1,250 pupils and achieves strong academic results, with 93% achieving grades 9–4 in English and Maths. The RS department promotes open-mindedness, moral reflection, and discussion-based learning. ECTs are offered individual mentoring, CPD, and classroom observation cycles to refine practice.
