What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience as a caretaker, site assistant, or in general maintenance (preferred)
- A foundational understanding of building maintenance and health & safety standards
- A practical, hands‑on approach paired with strong problem‑solving abilities
- The versatility to work well independently as well as part of a supportive team
- Effective communication and strong organizational skills
- Valid right to work in the UK
