The Role
- Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across Key Stages 4 and 5, with the opportunity to teach Key Stage 5 where appropriate.
- Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that inspire and challenge students.
- Teach your specialist subject across KS4 and KS5.
- Deliver KS5 lessons where appropriate.
- Monitor student progress and provide meaningful feedback to support achievement.
- Create a positive, inclusive and purposeful classroom environment.
- Differentiating teaching to meet the needs of all learners.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school through enrichment activities and departmental initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.

About You
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Have experience teaching their specialist subject across KS4 and KS5.
- Be confident teaching KS5 (desirable but not essential).
- Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and a genuine passion for education.
- Be committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
- Possess excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Build positive relationships with students, colleagues and parents.
