Are you a proactive, organised and enthusiastic individual with a genuine interest in Science? An Outstanding Secondary School in Cambridge is seeking a Science Technician to join their successful Science faculty from January (or earlier if available). This is a fantastic opportunity to support high-quality teaching and contribute to an exceptional learning environment for students studying Science up to KS5.

Role Responsibilities:
- Preparing materials and equipment for Science lessons, including A-Level practicals
- Supporting teachers during experiments and demonstrations
- Monitoring and maintaining laboratory equipment
- Ensuring correct implementation of Health & Safety and COSHH procedures
- Organising stock levels and ordering supplies
- Assisting with displays and department organisation
Experience and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a laboratory or school science environment desirable
- Strong understanding of safe scientific handling and procedures
- Excellent organisation, problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
