Our client is seeking an articulate, safety-conscious Science Technician to join their active STEM department immediately. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong attention to detail who wants to manage prep room operations and ensure practical lessons run smoothly across Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4 (GCSE), and Key Stage 5 (A-Level).

Key duties include:

  • Preparing chemical solutions
  • Assembling electronic circuits
  • Setting up microscopic equipment
  • Maintaining prep room inventories
  • Assisting teachers during live laboratory demonstrations

You will ensure total adherence to CLEAPSS guidelines, COSHH chemical storage frameworks, and general laboratory safety protocols.
