Responsibilities
- Managing front-of-house communication, including reception duties
- Updating student records, attendance data, and safeguarding information
- Preparing letters, reports, and communication for staff and parents
- Supporting the Senior Leadership Team with administrative tasks
- Coordinating meetings, schedules, room bookings, and school events
- Handling queries with professionalism and confidentiality
Experience & Qualifications
- Strong IT literacy (SIMS/Arbor experience ideal but not essential)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to prioritise workload and remain calm under pressure
- Previous school admin experience desirable
- High levels of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
Salary
Paid on the school’s support staff scale, dependent on experience.
