We are seeking a Teacher of Psychology & Sociology to join a prestigious 11–18 grammar school in Cambridge from January 2026. This permanent position is open to full-time and part-time applicants, with the potential for a TLR for KS5 or subject leadership for the right candidate.

The Role

As our Psychology & Sociology Teacher, you will:

  • Teach Psychology and/or Sociology at KS4 and KS5, depending on experience and specialism.
  • Deliver challenging, thought-provoking lessons that stretch high-attaining students.
  • Support exam preparation, including essay writing, research methods and extended projects.
  • Encourage students to engage with wider reading, academic journals and current research.
  • Contribute to enrichment such as academic societies, talks, trips and conferences.
  • (If applicable) Lead elements of curriculum design, KS5 planning or assessment.
