Our Client, an Outstanding 11–18 school in Cambridge, is seeking an enthusiastic Maths ECT to join their thriving department from January 2026. The successful candidate will teach KS3–KS4, with opportunities for A-Level experience, and benefit from the school’s excellent ECT mentoring and induction programme.

This highly regarded school educates over 1,200 pupils and consistently achieves exceptional outcomes in Mathematics, with 90% of students achieving grades 9–7 at GCSE. The Maths department combines academic rigour with engaging teaching approaches that encourage curiosity and confidence. ECTs are supported by experienced mentors, regular CPD sessions, and collaborative planning.
