Key responsibilities:

- Track and monitor pupil progress to inform planning and next steps in learning
- Contribute to year group and whole-school planning, initiatives, and extra-curricular activities
- Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, resilience, and a love of learning
- Engage with parents and carers to build strong partnerships supporting pupil achievement
