A high-performing secondary school in Buckingham is seeking an experienced and inspiring Subject Lead of Art to lead and develop their Art department. The Role

You will be responsible for leading Art across KS3 and KS4, with the opportunity to shape provision at KS5 where applicable. Your responsibilities will include curriculum planning and development, overseeing assessment and moderation, monitoring progress and outcomes, and ensuring consistency and high standards across the department. You will manage resources and budgets effectively, promote enrichment opportunities such as exhibitions and trips, and contribute to whole-school improvement as a middle leader.
