The Role

A premier Secondary Academy in Bristol is seeking a professional, analytically minded, and exceptionally organised Science Teacher to join their expanding STEM faculty. Beyond classroom teaching, responsibilities include constructing comprehensive student tracking portfolios, implementing targeted technical intervention tracks for mathematical data fluency within calculations, managing laboratory asset logs, and supporting the school's regional science Olympiads and medicine-pathway societies.

You will act as a primary link with parents, examination boards, and local university science networks, requiring absolute professionalism and data accuracy at all times. Strong organisational skills are a prerequisite, as you will balance heavy mock diagnostic marking cycles with real-time digital progress logging and strict laboratory health and safety compliance tracking (CLEAPSS frameworks).
