The successful candidate will take full ownership of the daily reception operations, acting as the principal point of contact for parents, visiting external professionals, and members of the regional community. You will also handle initial student attendance queries, oversee incoming and outgoing mail logistics, manage the centralized reception email inbox, and assist the wider administrative faculty with essential data entry, typing tasks, and student medical room logging routines when required.

You will uphold absolute safety parameters by ensuring all site visitors are cross-referenced with statutory safeguarding logs and issued appropriate identification tracking. A calm under pressure approach, superb interpersonal skills, and professional discretion are required to manage a busy reception desk effectively.
