Our client is looking to appoint a Caretaker to start in January 2026. The successful Caretaker will play a key role in the day-to-day maintenance, security, and presentation of the school site, ensuring it remains a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for students, staff, and visitors.

- Liaising with contractors and reporting maintenance issues
- Supporting health & safety and safeguarding procedures
Previous experience in caretaking, site maintenance, or a similar role (school experience desirable) is required. Practical skills with the ability to carry out basic repairs and maintenance tasks, good knowledge of health & safety practices, strong communication and organisational skills, and a proactive, reliable, and team-oriented approach are essential. Legal right to work in the UK is also necessary.
