The Role
You will teach Art & Design across Key Stages 3–5, inspiring students to explore their creativity through painting, sculpture, digital media, and photography. The department encourages a blend of traditional and contemporary techniques, and ECTs are supported in developing their own teaching style through co-planning, team teaching, and constructive feedback. You’ll also have opportunities to contribute to school exhibitions, art clubs, and community projects, helping students showcase their work beyond the classroom.
