A thriving academy in Brentwood is seeking a Drama Teacher who can combine strong practical teaching with academic rigour. You will teach performance, devising, theatre history and evaluation across KS3–KS5, with responsibility for supporting examination groups. The department values confidence, creativity and disciplined rehearsal. You may also contribute to productions and performance evenings. The successful candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom management and enthusiasm for working practically with young people. A relevant degree and teaching qualification are desirable. This is an excellent opportunity for a Drama specialist who wants to help students develop their voice, confidence and creativity.
