The Role

  • Teach Maths across KS3 and KS4, delivering lessons that are engaging, challenging and accessible.
  • Support students of all abilities through clear explanations, differentiated learning and positive encouragement.
  • Monitor student progress and provide meaningful feedback to help pupils succeed.
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school, including enrichment activities and departmental planning.
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents and colleagues to support achievement and wellbeing.
  • Maintain a positive classroom environment where students feel confident to learn and ask questions.
