The Role
Working closely with expert staff and senior leadership, you will be the backbone of the school's digital infrastructure, ensuring that staff and students can leverage technology seamlessly, securely, and effectively.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and printer issues across desktops, laptops, tablets, and interactive classroom displays.

Systems Maintenance: Regularly monitor, update, and maintain school servers, Wi-Fi networks, cybersecurity protocols, and backups to stringent standards.

Classroom & Staff Support: Provide responsive, user-friendly technical assistance to teachers and students during lessons and daily operations.

Hardware & Software Deployment: Configure, image, and install new devices, operating systems, and educational software suites.

Asset Management & Security: Maintain accurate IT inventory logs, manage user access permissions, and enforce data protection and cybersecurity policies (e.g., GDPR).
