School Administrator

An Outstanding Ofsted secondary school in Blackpool is seeking an organised and professional School Administrator to join their experienced support staff team. This is a key role within the school, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient running of administrative systems while supporting staff, students and parents across the wider school community.

The successful candidate will provide day-to-day administrative support to senior leaders, teaching staff and departments across the school. Responsibilities will include maintaining student records, handling correspondence, managing school systems, supporting attendance procedures and assisting with admissions administration where required.

You will also support communication with parents, visitors and external agencies while ensuring information is handled professionally and confidentially at all times. Strong organisational skills are essential, as the role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently within a busy school environment.

The school is looking for someone proactive, reliable and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative support team. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and good IT knowledge are essential for success in the role.
