A vibrant Good primary in Birmingham is seeking an enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join its KS2 phase on a Full-Time basis from January 2026. The Year 3 Teacher will be expected to take part in pre-term planning before January 2026, attend the induction programme in January 2026, and teach from January 2026 as a Full-Time Year 3 Teacher. The school provides strong subject leadership and targeted CPD for each Year 3 Teacher, ensuring colleagues develop practice and secure excellent outcomes.

Year 3 Teacher Responsibilities:
- The Year 3 Teacher will plan and teach coherent sequences that build number fluency, deepen reading comprehension and promote confident writing.
- The Year 3 Teacher will use assessment to identify gaps and provide targeted interventions, and will lead small-group work to accelerate progress.
- The Year 3 Teacher will contribute to enrichment activities, trips and transition work, with planning beginning prior to January 2026 and activity implemented after January 2026.
