Responsibilities:
- Supporting learning across KS3/4 (with potential sixth-form involvement)
- Small group and 1:1 intervention
- Assisting with planning, assessment observations, and pastoral support
- Supporting classroom routines and behaviour management
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience working with young people preferred
- Strong communication and organisation skills
