A high-achieving academy in Birmingham is looking to welcome an enthusiastic MFL Teacher to its established Languages department. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about languages and enjoys encouraging students to become confident communicators. The role is available from January and would suit a teacher able to teach French and/or Spanish.
The Role
Teach French and/or Spanish across KS3 and KS4.
Deliver creative and engaging language lessons.
Prepare students for GCSE examinations.
Encourage students to develop confidence in speaking, reading, writing and listening.
Contribute to departmental resources, enrichment and language activities.
The Ideal Candidate
Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
Have strong French and/or Spanish subject knowledge.
Experience teaching within a secondary school is desirable.
Be organised, enthusiastic and committed to student progress.
Have excellent classroom management skills.
