- Exemplary Instruction: Delivering high-challenge Science lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (GCSE Triple and Combined Science), with opportunities for A-Level instruction in your specialist discipline.
- Practical Leadership: Designing and executing rigorous laboratory experiments that foster a deep understanding of the scientific method and promote analytical thinking.
- Conceptual Clarity: Demystifying complex theories—from the mechanics of the human heart to the intricacies of chemical bonding and the laws of thermodynamics.

The Successful Candidate We are looking for a subject specialist who is passionate about cultivating the next generation of scientists and engineers. Requirements include: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a strong honours degree in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or a related Science discipline. Proven Track Record: Evidence of delivering exceptional learning outcomes at GCSE, with a deep understanding of AQA or Edexcel assessment objectives. Instructional Versatility: The ability to teach all three sciences at KS3 while maintaining high-level expertise in your chosen specialism at KS4 and KS5.
