- Full-time role (Term-Time Only + 2 Weeks) | September start.
Our client is seeking a personable, exceptionally organised School Receptionist to act as the primary point of contact for their busy front office from September. Serving as the welcoming face and voice of the school, you will greet parents, visitors, contractors, and local authority partners while ensuring strict safeguarding check protocols are maintained at all times.
Your daily duties will include:
- Answering central telephone inquiries.
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail.
- Updating daily attendance registers on SIMS/Arbor.
- Assisting with pupil lunch accounts.
- Supporting senior leadership with general correspondence, filing, and event logistics.
- Managing the visitor entry management system.
- Verifying DBS credentials in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) guidelines.
- Administering basic first aid for minor pupil incidents when required.
