A large, well-organised 11–18 secondary school in south Birmingham is seeking a proactive and professional School Administrator to join its busy front-office team from January 2026.
The Role
You’ll provide administrative support across attendance, parent communication, data systems and general office operations. No two days are the same—this is a fast-paced environment where organisation, warmth and efficiency matter.
- Managing phones, email inboxes and front-of-house enquiries
- Updating student records, timetables and attendance using SIMS or similar MIS
- Supporting pastoral teams with letters, reports and parent communication
- Preparing documentation for meetings and supporting whole-school events
- Working closely with safeguarding and SLT on admin tasks requiring confidentiality
