A high-performing and innovative secondary academy in the West Midlands is seeking a dedicated Maths Teacher to join its accomplished Mathematics faculty from January 2026. This full-time, permanent position offers the chance to teach across Key Stages 3 to 5 within a pioneering school recognised nationally for its excellence in teaching, technology and student achievement.

- Holds QTS, PGCE or an equivalent teaching qualification
- Has strong subject knowledge and confidence teaching Mathematics at GCSE and A-Level
- Delivers engaging, well-structured lessons that build fluency, reasoning and problem-solving
- Uses data, assessment and feedback effectively to ensure high levels of progress for all learners
- Works collaboratively and shares best practice within a forward-thinking department
Experience in leading enrichment activities such as maths challenges, STEM clubs or mentoring would be an advantage.

You will plan and teach Mathematics lessons across the age and ability range, preparing students for public examinations and helping them develop strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
