IT Team Insight: The team supports networks, devices, user access, and classroom technology across the site and collaborates with trust-wide IT specialists.
The Role:
- Providing frontline IT support to staff and students
- Maintaining / troubleshooting PCs, laptops, printers, and AV equipment
- Supporting Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace administration
- Assisting with device deployments and upgrades
- Keeping accurate asset and ticket records
