About the Role
- Working closely with the HR Manager, you will support all areas of HR operations across the school, including:
- Recruitment administration (advertising, shortlisting packs, scheduling interviews)
- Processing pre-employment checks and maintaining single central record compliance
- Managing staff documentation, absence records and training logs
- Handling day-to-day HR queries with professionalism and confidentiality
- Supporting induction processes for new staff
- Liaising with payroll and safeguarding leads where required
