A growing multi-academy trust in Wolverhampton is seeking an experienced and efficient HR & Recruitment Officer to support its central HR team from January 2026.
The Role
- Oversee recruitment processes, staff onboarding and HR administration across several schools within the trust.
The position would suit someone who thrives in a busy, people-focused environment and enjoys balancing organisation with relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising, shortlisting and referencing.
- Preparing offer letters, contracts and maintaining staff records.
- Coordinating staff induction, safeguarding checks and compliance paperwork.
- Providing general HR advice and support to school leaders.
- Maintaining HR systems, producing reports and updating databases.
About You
You’ll bring strong administrative experience, ideally within education or HR. Excellent communication, attention to detail and confidentiality are essential. CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent experience) is preferred.
