Our Client is looking for an English teacher to work within an Outstanding 11-16 mixed school in Birmingham. The successful English Teacher will be expected to teach at KS3 & KS4 on a full-time basis from September 2026. The department is well resourced and boasts an approachable and supportive head of department. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful department. The school is happy to receive applications from both experienced teachers and ECTs in addition to overseas teachers with a formal teaching qualification.
School Information: This oversubscribed 11-16 school boasts an Outstanding report. The school currently has 1000 students on roll and continues to not only succeed but thrive. The school itself has excellent behaviour in addition to a long-standing history of academic excellence. 85% of students achieved a 4+ score. We have worked with the school for a number of years and placed a number of staff there, all of whom have said it is an excellent place to work both in terms of students and staff members.
Experience and Qualifications: English teacher with the ability to teach at KS3 & KS4. A formal teaching qualification with QTS (i.e. PGCE).
